American, Jersey Girl Ali Larter has been in the entertainment business for over 10 years now and after being discovered on a faux magazine cover, Ms. Larter has not stopped since. You probably notice Ali from the hit films Final Destination, Legally Blonde and Varsity Blues. Also, Ali is current a series regular on the award-winning tv show, Heroes. Ali can be seen in the upcoming thriller, Obsessed in April 2009.
Ali hit up the second day of The Byron & Tracey Lounge, a swag give away by the Byron & Tracey Salon in Beverly Hills. She looked really great and casual in jeans and posed with her Heroes co-star, Dania Ramirez and stylists Tracey Cunningham and Cervando Maldonado. In other Heroes news, NBC will now air 19 episodes consecutively at 8pm and filming starts in June.
On May 14th, Ali headed out to the Los Angeles opening celebration of “Venus Revisited” hosted by Resurrection Vintage. Ali wore a nice casual, but classy top that reveals some skin and took pictures alongside fiancé Hayes MacArthur, 3-Way co-star Gina Gershon and Kelly Lynch. There are currently only a few pictures from the event, but hopefully we’ll find more soon! In other news, Ali has taken the time to pick some artist pieces to be sold for Ali’s close charity, The Art of Elysium. Ali has chosen pieces by Nino Munoz and Henry Diltz and Russell Young to benefit the charity, and you can place a bid here.
Last night Ali headed to the InStyle Hair Issue Launch Party with designer Keren Craig, celebrity hair stylist Harry Josh and Georgina Chapman. Ali looked so gorgeous in a short, shocking pink dress and with her straight hair. Hopefully we’ll see Ali at many more events soon! Ali was back on Monday, making a chilling return in the preview for Volume 5: Redemption! Tracy is now evolved in her powers, controlling the elements of water and she is after all of the Building 26 agents that tortured her this season. To Ali Larter, we had a very special and bonding experience on the sixth episode of the first season, as we both worked through a complex performance. You are characterized by great enthusiasm and desire to strive for the highest performance you can achieve and I very much admire you for this.
So, Ali had a pretty hectic week but it was worth it as Obsessed debuted at No.1 at the Box Office with $28.5 million made over the weekend. Congrats to Ali! Finally, the time that all Ali fans have been waiting for, Obsessed is finally in theatres! On thursday, Ali headed out to the premiere in New York alongside Idris Elba and Beyoncé. Last night, Ali headed out to the premiere of HBO films’, Grey Gardens starring Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange. Ali looks absolutely phenomenal with bangs and the dress is very classy and sheek. Also, Ali featured in the behind the scenes look at Obsessed last night on ET, where they took a look at the big fight scene between Ali and Beyoncé. Hopefully we’ll have the video soon.
